Low temperature cure epoxy (40-60°C), with good toughness and good visual clarity. Ideal for prototyping.

MTC510

Industry leading, high resin clarity and reduced susceptibility to discolouration for all visual applications. Typically supplied with a range of high visual quality reinforcements. 130°C max dry Tg.

MTC275

General purpose system also with excellent optical clarity that can be OOA processed (with care) if required.

MTB350

DOWNLOAD DATA SHEET
A 30% bio-derived epoxy component system with an exceptional outlife at 20°C of 6 months. Excellent all-round properties and particularly suitable for use with natural fibres and recycled fibre mats. Service up to 140-150°C possible.

VTC401

DOWNLOAD DATA SHEET
Toughened epoxy system with versatile curing (65°C-120°C) and max Tg dry of 143°C. Excellent for prototyping and series production, with good OOA processing capability.

Structural Components

MTC811

DOWNLOAD DATA SHEET
Highly toughened epoxy system with max (dry) Tg of 121°C. Excellent impact and fatigue performance. Typical applications in general structures, wheel arches and impact areas.

MTC400-1

DOWNLOAD DATA SHEET
Well-established toughened system with Tg of 145°C (135°C/1hr) and after p/c max Tg of 205°C. Excellent retention of properties up to 150°(dry). Widely used on chassis and structural components. Proven pedigree and supported by extensive database.

MTC400

DOWNLOAD DATA SHEET
Curing 135°C to 200°C, a toughened epoxy system with max dry Tg of 225°C and wet Tg > 160°C. Excellent property retention temperature up to 180°C, with good chemical resistance and typically used for components around the engine and pressure pipes.

CEM100

DOWNLOAD DATA SHEET
Cyanate ester system with service temperature of 350°C, from a 250°C initial cure. Extended exposures to 400°C possible, produces durable components with excellent high temperature performance. Typically brake ducts and heat shields.
