We strive to empower the composites supply chain by engineering our materials for optimized, innovative design solutions.
FR308 is a bio-derived resin system to support the growing Aerospace and Mass Transit Interiors markets by easily meeting the flame, smoke and toxicity requirements of aerospace standard CS 25.853 and rail standard EN 45545 HL3. It offers exceptional resistance to flammability and extreme heat environments and can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet specific cost and manufacturing requirements. A health-and-safety-friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuel derived aero interior products FR308 has no hazardous chemicals, is formaldehyde and phenol free, and has no organic solvents used in the manufacturing process. FR308 can significantly reduce carbon footprint compared to phenolic prepregs and is already being adopted widely across the industry with enhanced sustainability benefits.
