SHD offer Hypetex coloured fabrics with industry favourite MTC resin systems
SHD Composites Ltd is pleased to announce it is working with Hypetex®, innovative leaders in fibre colourisation technologies, offering their novel cosmetic finishes in combination with SHD’s widely adopted range of prepreg systems.
Hypetex®’s colourisation process can be applied to a variety of reinforcement fibres including glass, carbon, aramid and natural fibres and offers customers an array of aesthetically appealing finishes supplied on many industry standard weave and fabric formats. For non-standard solutions, Hypetex will also work closely with development teams, creating innovative and tailored formats to meet customer’s specific design requirements.
SHD Composites Group, through manufacturing sites in the UK, Europe and USA, are well-established industry suppliers of high quality structural and cosmetic prepreg materials to the automotive and high-end leisure industries. In particular SHD’s MTC500 series prepregs are renowned for their quality and consistency on highly cosmetic carbon fibre parts.
