SHD Group is acquired by Cambium Biomaterials Inc.

We are thrilled to announce that SHD Group has been acquired by Cambium, a pioneer in advanced materials for high-performance sectors, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

This strategic move establishes a strong foundation for future growth whilst continuing to do what we do best - responding quickly to our customers’ needs and providing high quality composite prepreg materials on short lead times to our customers across the world.
