Location: Based in Krsko, Slovenia with potential travel in UK/Europe
Work Times: 7:00am to 3:00pm (Monday to Friday). A degree of flexibility will be needed at peak periods.
Person Specification
The purpose of this role is to provide the sales team with an important link between themselves and the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, processing of orders and sample requests.
Act as an administrative liaison point between sales, logistics and technical, to ensure all customer queries are captured and responded to in a timely manner and to update the customer of sales progress delivery.
Liaise with planning, purchasing and logistics, where necessary, to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
Provide support cover on certain export and material compliance activities (to be defined.)
Support internal wider sales administration team.
Work in accordance with the company quality, and health and safety procedures at all times.
To undertake and other duties from time to time as can be reasonable requested by the company.
