Application Areas

35-65°C initial cure, with a 3 days outlife at 20°C. Max Tg after post-cure of 214°C. Epoxy tooling system with a reduced minimum curing temperature, practical outlife and excellent service.

45-70°C initial cure, with a 4 days outlife at 20°C. Max Tg after post-cure of 20°C. Most commonly used epoxy tooling system, with excellent combination of low temperature cure, high service temperature, good outlife and handling.

30% bio-based content. 45°C to 70°C initial cure with a 4 days outlife at 20°C. Max Tg after post-cure of 201°C. Increasingly adopted for quick sustainability gains, offers an excellent combination of low temperature cure, high service temperature. Can also be supplied on natural fiber and FCH fabrics, but with handling limitations.

Cure range of 45°C - 70°C with maximum onset Tg after post cure of 218°C. 7 days out life at 21°C. Epoxy tooling system with extra room temperature out life for larger tools, warmer ambient temperatures. Excellent handling.

Cure range of 65°C - 80°C with maximum onset Tg after post cure of 192°C. 21 days out life at 21°C. A robust tooling system for general applications, with extra-long out life.

Cure range of 65°C - 80°C with maximum onset Tg after post cure of 207°C. 30 days out life at 21°C. A robust tooling system for aerospace and general applications, with an unmatched extra-long out life.

Cure range of 160°C - 180°C with maximum onset Tg after post cure of 350°C. 30 days out life at 21°C (70°F). A Bismaleimide system with very high service temperatures, providing extended tool life.

65°C initial cure with a 21 days outlife at 20°C. Max Tg after post-cure of 125°C unique Out of Autoclave curing tooling system with rapid lay-up times, extended outlife and excellent surface finish.
