SHD Composite Materials Inc. will be launching their Benzoxazine prepreg at the CAMX exhibition in Anaheim 24-26 September on Booth E9.

SHD Composite Materials Inc. manufacture advanced composite prepreg materials for a variety of applications, offering the same tooling and component prepreg products available from SHD Composite Materials Ltd in the US. SHD provide materials quickly, working to an average 2 ½ week lead time, together with high class service and technical support. SHD Inc. have now added Benzoxazine to their portfolio, offering the material to the American market.

SHD’s Benzoxazine Tooling Prepreg (BX180-220) is designed for high temperature large aerospace tooling applications where temperature stability, long outlife and tool durability are key. It can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements. With excellent handleability in warmer conditions due to low tack, BX180-220 has a work life of 1 year (at 70°F) and a cure temperature of 360°F.
