DUTE Project

As part of the DUTE project, an Innovate UK funded initiative under the Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chain Initiative (AMSCI) programme, SHD have teamed up with Siaetta Motorcycles and KS Composites to develop high volume manufacturing techniques to support large scale production of electric vehicles. SHD are not only developing novel materials to give the optimum performance and processing parameters, they are also designing and building bespoke prepreg machinery and commissioning a fully equipped test laboratory to support the programme. This exciting programme will further fuel the growth and continuing success of SHD Composite Materials.
