Supplying the Hope/Lotus Olympic Track Bike

SHD Composites are proud to have supported Team GB in our own way through supplying our prepreg systems into the Hope/Lotus track bike used with great success in the Tokyo Olympics Velodrome. SHD’s tough and versatile MTC811 and VTC401 carbon fibre prepreg materials were used throughout the new track bike structure. Team GB had a fantastic Olympics and the track cycling team came home with 3 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze medal.
