We are currently recruiting for the following positions


Production Operative

Working within a small team to manufacture pre-impregnated composite materials, you will preferably have supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.

You will need a good understanding of English and Maths to successfully complete the pre-selection numeracy and literacy test.

Full in-house product training will be provided to ensure the highest standard of our products are maintained.

This role is occasionally physically demanding and on completion of training, duties will include:

  • The safe operation of all manufacturing equipment and completion of associated documentation
  • Blending of epoxy resins and catalyst pastes to feed the production team
  • Inspection and testing of finished products
  • Production set-up, to maintain production efficiency to set targets

Office Administrator (Production Office)

A full-time office administrator is required to assist in a busy production office.

The key skills required for the position are:

  • Professional, friendly manner
  • A good communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues, suppliers and customers of all levels
  • Well organised
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications

Main Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Prepare production paperwork
  • Scan and save all manufacturing documentation
  • Store and file all manufacturing documentation
  • Collate and prepare R&D data for analysis
  • Provide administrative support to management as and when needed
  • Answering the telephone, transferring calls to the appropriate member of staff and accurately taking messages and passing on
  • Making refreshments for visitors, preparing the meeting room, setting up buffets including clearing away and washing up
  • General errands as requested

The role will require the use of various computer packages including Microsoft Office and Progress Plus so computer literacy is required but full training and support will be given.  The Company will also support study towards NVQ or similar qualifications.

Accounts Assistant

A full-time accounts assistant is required to assist in a busy finance and human resources department.

The key skills required for the position are:

  • Professional, friendly manner
  • A good communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues, suppliers and customers of all levels
  • Well organised
  • Good numerical skills

Main Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Printing and checking purchase invoices
  • Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and deliveries
  • Processing purchasing invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Scanning and filing purchase invoices
  • Sending customer statements
  • Maintaining company holiday records
  • Managing the company attendance records
  • Summarising company hours

The role will require the use of various computer packages including Microsoft Office, Sage Accounts and Progress Plus so computer literacy is required but full training and support will be given.  The Company will also support study towards AAT or a similar qualification.
